I wanted to know if your herbicide "Segment" can be used on a typical residential lawn? Turf like kentucky bluegrass and perennial ryegrass.

Segment herbicide is designed to control grassy weeds in broadleaf ornamentals. This means it could be used over the top of landscape ornamentals like hollies, junipers, etc. to control crabgrass or foxtail, etc. It is only safe on fine fescue and would damage all other turfgrasses.
